Sorgent.e is an investment company specialised in the renewable energy sector. The aim of the company is to take advantage of the opportunities offered by green energy throughout Europe and the rest of the world.
Sorgent.e’s strategy is to diversify its investments by increasing its presence with different consolidated technologies for energy production (eg. Hydroelectric, wind, photovoltaic,...) and developing into different markets and geographical areas, in order to maximise and guarantee its investments.
The majority of Sorgent.e’s shareholdings lie within the following three technologies: energy production from hydroelectric sources, wind farms and the conversion of solar energy via photovoltaic systems.
In addition, particular attention is also placed on investments in new technologies and innovative solutions, in order to be able to bring a valid contribution to the development and use of resources in an ecologically sustainable manner.
During this journey, Sorgent.e has shared many experiences with the most important financial entities, international banks, lenders and specialised funds, while working together on activities in the renewable energy sector. The company’s relationship with the International Finance Corporation (IFC - Wolrd Bank Group) is particularly interesting thanks to the funding received for several projects supported by Sorgent.e and recognised as being particularly commendable thanks to their high social and environmental value.
With hundreds of MW currently in operation or under development, Sorgent.e is one of the leading global players in the sector for the production of renewable energy.
