Investing in the Americas
For several years, Sorgent.e has been active with numerous initiatives through group holding companies in those markets that have the most potential and the widest development of the renewable energy sector such as Brazil, Chile and North America.
Significant investments have been made, in particular in the hydroelectric sector with power plants that have the following prerogatives:
- High environmental value: with latest generation technical characteristics in order not to compromise natural habitats and to allow ecologically sustainable introduction;
- High economical and social values: the initiatives undertaken form part of a network of associations and relationships with local entities, such as agricultural associations, local communities, municipalities … , while enabling everyone to benefit from the sustainability of the presence of the hydro resource.
The relationships established with financial organisations and credit institutions in this continent, together with whom Sorgent.e is realising several initiatives, are particularly interesting.
Sorgent.e considers its partnerships with local entities to form the basis for sharing ideas and experiences. The same is also true of the national holdings, with which Sorgent.e is participating, together with primary local operators, in strategic initiatives in the relevant sectors.
